At Diagnostic, we stand behind the precision of our hardware and offer a 30-day window for returns on all electronic components. If your device does not meet your technical expectations, we provide a streamlined exchange process to ensure your workspace remains fully operational.

Return Process

    Initiate Request

    Log into your Diagnostic account and navigate to your order history to select the item and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the device in its original anti-static packaging and include all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the box, ensuring the old tracking labels are covered.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection

    Once received, our technicians will perform a diagnostic check on the hardware; upon approval, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
